Meet local farmers, brewer’s and purveyors and enjoy 6 incredible courses featuring fresh Skagit Valley ingredients paired with beers from local breweries. Mussels in a Pernod Cream Sauce

Greens & Lox with Apples, Pears, Pickled Blueberries and Lady Smith Cheese with a Blueberry Vinaigrette
